If you’re looking for something to do over the holidays, there’s a pretty neat light exhibit in west Michigan.
The Enlightened Holiday Light Spectacle is being held at Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids. John VanderHaagen with Meijer Gardens told us more about the display.
“A one-mile walking loop with fire pits, with food, with drinks, with all sorts of interactive lights, music,” Vanderhhaagen said. “Just something that needs to be seen to be understood, but a great way to see Meijer Gardens in a totally new light. And then that experience ends in our main building with our familiar University of Michigan Health West Christmas and Holiday tradition.”
VanderHaagen says Enlighten is a winter wonderland where art, light, and nature meld. It runs through January 4.
