Gas prices are down to start the week of Thanksgiving, but will they stay at current prices?
AAA estimates nearly 80 million Americans will travel over the holiday. We asked Gas Buddy’s Patrick DeHaan when is the best time to fill up the tank?
“I would absolutely do it right now just because the uncertainty about stations potentially raising prices here later this week,” DeHaan said. “I know most of them, I can see the margins are razor thin and that brings in the uncertainty. So absolutely I would fill up at some of these low prices. There is a risk they could go up and there’s not much risk they’re going to go down much more than this.”
