If you’re wondering how much money you should be making at your job, staffing firm Robert Half is out with its 2025 Salary Guide.
The guide covers jobs including administrative support, finance, health care, legal, marketing, and creative and pay raises range from 1.6 to nearly 4%.
Robert Half’s Shannon Edlinger says AI is a factor now too.
“More than half of hiring managers say advancements in AI and automation are reshaping needed skill sets,” Edlinger said. “Additionally, 37% are bringing in contract talent to support AI-related projects.”
One find in the salary guide is that new hires who agree to work in the office could make up to 20% more.
