The highly-anticipated Jersey Mike’s location in Benton Township is opening to the public this week.
Jersey Mike’s will officially open its first location in Southwest Michigan on Wednesday. District Manager Alexander Cooper says they’ll hold a grand opening celebration all day, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
During the week, a portion of sales will go towards Benton Harbor Area Schools.
The new restaurant, located at 1963 M-139, was previously payday cash outlet and frozen yogurt shop. It’s right on the corner, across from Wendy’s and Belle Tire.
Jersey Mike’s held a VIP celebration Monday to introduce itself to the community. Benton Township Supervisor Cathy Yates told us the township is always happy to welcome a new business into the community.
