More of us are staying at our current job.

New research by staffing firm Robert Half shows three quarters of professionals are happy in their current role. Robert Half Vice President Jeff Sokolowski told us more.

Based on our most recent survey of 1,000 workers, we’ve discovered that 35% of them, only 35%, plan to look for a new job in the second half of this year,” Sokolowski said. “However, what is interesting is both Gen Z, at 44%, and the millennial generation, at 45%, are the ones most likely to consider and look actively for a new opportunity.”

Sokolowski says many younger workers are more open to opportunities because they are looking for higher income and developing additional skills. He adds companies who offer hybrid flexibility are 85% more likely to attract talent.
