Traditionally, January is a down month for retailers, especially when it comes to brick and mortar stores. However, the Detroit Lions have changed all of that around Michigan as fans snap up merchandise. They’re buying everything from jerseys to hats to jackets to jewelry.
Renee Ceislak owns Blush and Beauty Boutique in New Baltimore and spoke to Michigan News Network.
“The Lions winning, all I can say is it’s a blessing,” Ceislak said.
Not only has the winning season of the Lions been a boost for Seislak, but its been great for all of the women vendors she brings in to Blush and Beauty. She describes the last few weeks as a whirlwind.
