'Dine United' returning to benefit United Way of Southwest Michigan

Starting this week and continuing through late February, everyone has a chance to check out local restaurants while benefitting the United Way of Southwest Michigan.

The United Way’s Erin Glaske tells us Dine United is back for a second run. On specific days throughout the next couple of months, different restaurants will donate a portion of their proceeds to the United Way.

“You can look on our website, we have them all listed and the different dates,” Glaske said. “So, it’s a great way to dine at restaurants you’ve never been to or at your local favorites. Everyone needs to eat, and it’s a great way to support the restaurant and a local non-profit.”

Glaske says Dine United debuted in 2019 with restaurants throughout southwest Michigan showing support for the United Way.

“We have lots of great restaurants in our community that are always looking to give back, and we just really hope that with this kind of mutual relationship that we can help them and they can help us.”

There are 22 total establishments taking part. It all starts Thursday with the Sandbar and Grille in St. Joseph. We have the full schedule below.
