The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Department is investigating thefts from vehicles that led to credit card fraud.
The department says deputies were called to homes in the 63,000 block of 41st Street in Paw Paw Township on December 14 on a report of cars that had been broken into overnight. Some of the victims had credit cards and checkbooks stolen. They were then used at stores in Kalamazoo the same evening.
The sheriff’s department has released surveillance photos of the suspects.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Department.
Police also remind everyone not to leave valuables in vehicles and to always lock vehicle doors.
