The South Haven Speakers Series will hear about the disparities of the healthcare system in the United States when its next guest speaker appears this month.
Randy Oostra has 40 years of healthcare leadership experience. He has earned a spot on Modern Healthcare’s 100 Most Influential People list for three consecutive years, as well as a spot on Becker’s Healthcare’s 100 Great Leaders to Know in Healthcare list this year.
Oostra recently retired as CEO of ProMedica, a non-profit health and wellness system serving 28 states with 56,000 employees. He’ll address the South Haven Speakers Series on September 14 starting at 7 p.m. at Lake Michigan College’s South Haven campus.
The title of Oostra’s presentation will be “American Health Care. The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. A Call for a New Model.”
