A $1.9 million investment is coming to Hagar Township with the announcement Monte Package Company is constructing new headquarters offices spanning 6,500 square feet and creating ten new jobs. Cornerstone Alliance announced the development Monday after the township board approved it. Monte Package Company is a Michigan business founded in 1925. It’s recognized as a leading player in the packaging industry. Cornerstone says the expansion of the company headquarters will “not only strengthen its presence in the market but also enable it to better serve clients and meet growing demands.” It adds, “With the investment in this state-of-the-art facility, Monte Package is contributing to the continued growth and prosperity of Hagar Township and the surrounding communities.” The construction of the new headquarter offices is expected to be completed by April 2024. Once finished, the offices will serve as the central hub for Monte Package Company’s administrative functions.
