Marilyn A. King, 74, of Dowagiac, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, on Sunday, April 30, 2023.

Marilyn was born June 3, 1948, in Lawrence, MI to Prentice and Alma (Oneil) Dollins. On July 16, 1966, she married the love of her life, Billy King. Marilyn had a strong faith in God, and was a lifelong member of the Keeler Church of God. Her family remembers her as the most loving and caring person. Marilyn will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
Marilyn is survived by her children, Angela (Curth) Smith, Laura (Floyd) Byrd and Terry King; grandchildren Jamaar (Latrese) Smith, Amber Smith, Michael Vincent, Jamel Smith, Jeremy Vincent and Audrea (Travon Moore; 23 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Alvin Dollins, Prentice (Nancy) Dollins, Billy (Dorothy) Dollins and Tammy (Robert) Soto.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Prentice and Alma Dollins; husband, Billy King and siblings, Loyd Dollins, Troy Dollins, and Larry Dollins.
