Devon Johnson, a licensed salesperson with Integrity Real Estate Professionals ERA Powered in Niles, was named the 2023 REALTOR of the Year for the Southwestern Michigan Association of REALTORS at their Annual Recognition Luncheon held recently at The Inn at Harbor Shores in St. Joseph.
Devon has been licensed since 2019 and holds the professional designation Accredited Buyer
Representative (ABR) and the At Home with Diversity (AHWD) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certifications.
Devon also has completed the newly National Association of REALTORS launched program Commitment to Excellence (C2EX); although this is neither a designation or certification, it empowers REALTORS to demonstrate their professionalism and commitment to conducting their business at the highest standards. The award-winning C2EX Program takes
professionalism to the next level by enabling the members to assess their expertise in elements of professionalism, ranging from customer service to use of technology.
Devon is a 2022 graduate of the LMC’s Leadership Accelerator Program, was a member of Moody on the Market’s 40 under 40 Award class of 2021 and was voted Michiana’s Best of the Best Reader’s Choice Awards – Best Realtor 2021.
Devon is very active in the Association. She currently serves as the Treasurer of the
Association’s Board of Directors and is a former District 2 Director which covers Buchanan, Niles, Berrien Springs, and Eau Claire. Devon is the Chair of the Public Relations Committee and serves on the REIS Tech Committee (Committee Chair in 2022), the Professional Development Committee, Membership Committee, and the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR).
In her local community, Devon volunteers many hours with the local Realtor Association helping with beach clean-ups, mobile food truck food distribution and blood drives. She also volunteers in her local community with the Niles Service League, Korn Dog Booth at BCYF, and a Bell Ringer for the Salvation Army.
Looking for ways to improve her community, Devon sponsored the 2021 Placemaking Grant from the SWMI Realtors Association for the River Essence Group in Niles.
