While waiting for election results, one local politician hopped on stage to entertain the crowd with some funk.
Joey Andrews, who is running as a Democrat for the 38th District in the state house, joined South Bend’s The Happy Campers Band for a rendition of “Give Up The Funk (Tear The Roof Off The Sucker)” by Parliament.
Prior to playing, Andrews joked that if he’s not elected, he was going on tour with the band. Watch the jam below:
