Niles Police are looking for a suspect who stole the purse from an 80-year-old woman as she left the Methodist Church on Cedar Street. He left his BMX bike to try grabbing her purse several times before being successful after she was on the ground. She is being treated at Spectrum Lakeland Niles for aggravated injuries. He is a Black male in his late teens or early 20s. He left eastbound on Cedar Street and south on Fourth Street where he abandoned the bicycle at Broadway.
