With more than 2,200 available jobs in southwest Michigan, Michigan Works of Berrien, Cass, Van Buren is holding some virtual hiring events over the next month. There will be hiring events on February 1, 7, 8, and 10. They’re targeted at specific employers looking to fill jobs. They include Spectrum Health Lakeland, the Berrien County Juvenile Center, and Arcadia Home Care and Staffing. Michigan Works says there will be 15 minute phone interviews during which employers will discuss job opportunities, qualifications, and experience with job seekers.
