Kinexus has announced a new director for its Youth Solutions program. Mollie Waller will now lead the program. Kinexus says Waller has a wealth of experience in the non-profit and for-profit sectors ranging from communications to business development to fundraising to organizational design. She’s previously worked as a Wienermobile spokesperson for Oscar Mayer and led all communications for America’s dairy farmers. She joined Youth Solutions in 2018 and now steps up to head the program. Youth Solutions has a goal of serving 10,000 of Michigan’s young people by 2026. The organization helps vulnerable young people find a sense of purpose and belonging, overcome barriers, and pursue family sustaining careers they may not have considered before the program. Kinexus Group President Todd Gustafson says the organization is excited to welcome Waller to the leadership team.
