For many of them, the issue isn't just that smoking will be banned in bars and restaurants, but that it will even be banned in tobacco shops. And Tony Tortorici, of the International Premium Cigar and Pipe Retailers Association, says that tobacco shops are the one place where smokers should be left alone:
He says tobacco shop owners are lobbying members of the state House to change at least that part of the ban before it's sent on to the governor. The Premium Cigar and Pipe Retailers Association represents about 100an tobacco shops.
