State police responded to an armed robbery Friday night at the Subway restaurant on Red Arrow highway in Bridgman. A lone male  approached the clerk saying he had a gun and demanded money. The clerk gave the man an undetermined amount of cash and the gun man then fled on foot. There were no customers in the restaurant at the time and the clerk was not hurt. The suspect is described as a white male about 5'10 and 220 pounds wearing a brown jacket with a hood and tan pants. Anyone with information is asked to call the Michigan state police post in Bridgman.
