Thousands of area residents will be filing through Lake Michigan College's Mendel Center Friday, as the annual Senior Expo is held from nine to two. Among the big participants is Lakeland Healthcare, which will have 25 health-related booths set up, offering information and free screenings. Lakeland's Linda Wendholt says they're focusing on a few things in particular this year:

Things offered on those issues will include a balance screening, and free medication safety lists. It's all free of charge, and no special preparations are required.
