M-DOT begins work Monday on a seven million dollar project to reconstruct part of I-94 in Berrien County. It's happening on the eastbound side, between I-196 to Friday Road...and M-DOT's Julie Hurley says that there will be intermittent single lane closures between this week and July Fourth...plus some after that:

She says M-DOT wil try to keep lane closures at a minimum, and confined to off-peak travel hours.
