Steven Lowder is headed to the Bangor City Council as the top vote-getter in Tuesday’s election. He received 160 votes, while Fred Hicks appears to have won reelection with 117 votes. A recount could be requested, as he only outdistanced Daniel Freislinger by three votes. Incumbent City Councilmember Lucas Koenig is gone from office, coming in last with just 51 votes.
