Several local unions this week announced their support for LMC trustee Judy Truesdell in her run for the 78th District State House Seat. She's running unopposed in this August's primary for the Democratic nomination to replace the outgoing Neal Nitz...and among the unions to endorse her are the Electrical Workers Local 153, and the United Steel Workers District Two. She says issues of concern to union members are what her candidacy is all about...and things she's done to bring job training to union members as a trustee at Lake Michigan College have given her ideas for proposals to make in Lansing:
