A camper trailer was destroyed by fire early this morning according to officials with the South Haven Area Emergency Services (SHAES).
According to the agency, SHAES firefighters navigated snow-covered roads and endured near-zero temperatures in extinguishing a fire that destroyed a camper trailer on property at County Road 681 east of County Road 384, Geneva Township, early Monday.
SHAES was dispatched at 3:40 a.m. The trailer was engulfed in flames upon arrival. No injuries were reported. The cause remains under investigation.
