Pam Noel, beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, cherished friend, and pillar of strength, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2024. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering care that touched the lives of all who knew her.

Pam was born on September 5, 1948, in Valparaiso, Indiana. She brought joy to her family from an early age, known for her infectious laughter and compassionate spirit. Pam married Tyler Noel on May 8, 1971. Their journey led to owning and operating a home building and construction company together where they excelled with dedication and humility.

Above all, Pam was a devoted wife, mother, aunt, and sister whose love for her family knew no bounds. She poured her heart into nurturing her children, Ray and Lisa, instilling in them values of resilience, courage, and integrity. Her home was a haven of warmth and laughter, where love always reigned supreme.

Pam’s kindness extended beyond her family, as she was a treasured friend and confidante to many. Her genuine care and compassion for others, made her a source of comfort and strength in times of need. Her presence illuminated every room, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her.

In her leisure time, Pam found joy in planting flowers, crafting, reading, boating with her husband, and baking, demonstrating her zest for life and appreciation for its simple pleasures. She loved teaching and participating in historical reenactment events. She volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and the Food Bank, illuminating her kind spirit and generosity.

Although Pam’s physical presence is no longer with us, her spirit will continue to inspire and guide us. Her legacy of love, joy, and compassion will live on through her family and all those whose lives she touched.

Pam is survived by her loving husband, Tyler Noel, her children, Ray Noel and Lisa Meiring, granddaughter Winter Noel, siblings: Linda (Skip) France, Larry (Patti) Pope, Jim (Deb) Pope, Sue (Doug) Betz, Teresa (Bill) Black, Tim (Laurie) Pope, Phil (Juli) Pope, and a host of relatives and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

A Celebration of Joy for Pam’s life will be held at the Columbia Club of Niles on Saturday, July 6, 2024 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm ET. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you plant a tree or plant, in Pam’s honor, reflecting her generous spirit and love of nature.
