UPDATE!
Benton Charter Township Police are investigating the death of an employee for NBC Sports. At 8:15 this (Sunday) morning, Officers with the Benton Township Police were dispatched to the Holiday Inn Express on Pipestone Road in reference to a body lying behind the building. Officers located 43-yeear-old Neiko Dominic Bernardo from Oregon. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Bernardo was staying at the hotel and was in town working for NBC Sports at the Senior PGA Tournament. Investigators did locate controlled substances in his hotel room, but the cause of death is unknown at this time. An autopsy has been scheduled.
